Return Policy:
All Weber Orthopedic shoes are offered at greatly reduced prices as part of our final atelier clearance sale. Therefore, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on discounted items.

Due to the nature of high-quality shoe materials, each pair can develop its own unique character over time. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of shoes that have been worn, tried on outdoors, or show signs of wear.

Damaged or defective items: 
Should your shoes arrive damaged or defective, we will of course find a solution. Please contact us at  support@weberorthopedics.com and send a photo of the problem. We will send you a replacement free of charge.

Received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@weberorthopedics.com . We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation:
You have 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel it. After this period, your order will already be in the shipping process and can no longer be canceled. To cancel, please send an email to support@weberorthopedics.com within the first 30 minutes .
